About Still Rhythm Healing Arts

Hello! My name is Jess and I’m so happy you’re here.

We live in times of information overload and it can be hard to unwind our minds and our bodies. That’s where bodywork sessions can be of great benefit.

I created Still Rhythm Healing Arts to be a place where clients can access an overall greater sense of ease and find some sacred space to rest in. I care about people in a sincere way and I am grateful to be able to express this sense of care through massage and bodywork therapies. Feeling called to the healing arts since a young age, I am always infusing the magic of nature and biorhythms into my life and practices. I find beauty in the ordinary and I bring this simple, rooted approach into each of my massage and bodywork sessions. I am honored to work with everyone who feels called to my table – no matter where they come from or what they may be in need of.

SRHA session space including massage table, chair, and plants.

Throughout the years, I have cultivated my experience working in a variety of settings including acupuncture clinics, spas, and chiropractic offices. Still Rhythm Healing Arts is currently located within a space shared with an acupuncturist and psychotherapist. My work focuses on calming one’s nervous system to help you rest and reset; leaving you feeling more connected to yourself. I have a keen knowledge and curiosity of human anatomy and physiology, as well as a sound understanding of our energetic and emotional bodies. The more experience I gain, the more curious I become and have tools to share in our sessions together. Together we will create a customized session and treatment plan to help you release stress, pain and tension whether it’s from a fall the day before a session, or a sprained ankle in little league thirty years ago.  Your body has a story to tell and I am here to listen.

Some of my great success stories have been found working with clients suffering from ailments such as headaches/migraines, neck and jaw pain, anxiety, insomnia, physical/emotional traumas, chronic stress and inflammation, overall fatigue and more. I believe in the power of rest and take a truly holistic approach to my practice.

Originally from California and Utah, I’ve been making my home in Raleigh since 2017. When I’m not practicing at Still Rhythm Healing Arts, I enjoy spending time in nature, making food with my husband, hanging out with my dog, gardening with friends, writing and researching, practicing movement and meditation, or simply relaxing with a cup of tea.
